The five volumes are organized by the following dates: volume 1, 1893-1895; volume 2, 1896-1899; volume 3, 1899-1902; volume 4, 1902-1905; volume 5, 1904-1907. Content: The information contained in this series lists the date recorded; child's name, sex and race; date and place of birth; names and address of parents; and the father's occupation.
